A small studio in the Missouri Ozarks

Boards, sound, apps and sites that work.

We design circuit boards and the sound software that runs on them, build apps that keep working offline, and make websites and shops for businesses that want more customers.

What we’re aiming for

Things you can use, and trust.

  • Play with itWhere we can, the work is something you can try in the page: a tuner, a guitar rig, charts you can tilt.
  • Open to everyoneKeyboard, screen reader, reduced motion and plain-text versions come first, not last.
  • Yours to keepWork that keeps running offline and stays in your own hands, with no account to lose.
  • MeasuredBoards and sound you can measure, with the numbers published, misses included.

Boards

From the file to the factory.

Circuit boards we design in code, check by machine and send to a real factory. The three pedal kits are not for sale yet.

Twelve boards, zero design-rule errors.

Every board we have designed, checked by machine.

Thockfoot.

Our keyboard brand: circuit boards with art in the plate that shows between the keys, made by Squatch Stack.

Sound

Sound you can measure.

Accessibility

Built so everyone can use it.

This site

Every page is checked with an automated tester and by keyboard. A skip link comes first, every control can be reached and shows where you are, and motion stops when your device asks for less.

Live pieces

Each live chart and 3D scan comes with a text version and a plain picture to fall back on, so nothing depends on a graphics card.

Hardware

switchbridge is a four-input switch box for people who can’t use a touchscreen.
